BOOKING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING YOUR BOOKING FORM
SMOKING
In respect of other guests we have decided to make all our accommodation non smoking. Ashtrays are provided to smoke outside the caravans and there are many cigarette disposal points around the site. Due to new legislation smoking is not permitted in the club house or games room.

Only persons named on the booking form can occupy the accommodation. The proprietors must be notified if there are any visitors or additions to the party. Groups of young people cannot be accepted unless accompanied by their parents. If a sofa bed is required there will be a surcharge of £25.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The caravan accommodation will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please ensure the accommodation is left clean and tidy and your key is returned to Reception. Please telephone Reception in advance if you will be arriving later than 6pm. As we are a relatively small holiday park and to avoid disturbing other guests, we will not accept arrivals after 10pm.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of £50 per week per caravan is required. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. No reminder will be sent. Deposits are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing. If we are unable to re-let your accommodation you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. You are therefore strongly advised to take out a suitable holiday cancellation policy. Please note that once you have booked your accommodation and deposits are received, you are entering a legal contract.

GENERAL
The Proprietors will immediately terminate your holiday contract, with no refunds given, should any person be involved in conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others. The Proprietors reserve the right to enter the accommodation if required, primarily for maintenance purposes. On no occasion should children be left alone in a caravan or on the park without supervision, particularly when using the play equipment. The static caravan park is a traffic free area for the safety of children and for this reason cars/motorbikes must be left in the car park. Trolleys are available for the transportation of luggage. Guests bringing two cars must inform Reception at time of booking. Cheverton Copse will not be responsible for any loss or damage to cars and motorbikes in the car park. No ball games are allowed on the park. On no occasion must bicycles be taken into the caravans. The Proprietors shall not be liable for injury, death, loss, damage, accident or additional expense, however caused, occasioned to or incurred by any guest or other person.
COMPLAINTS
If guests have a problem or complaint during their holiday, they should in the first instance bring this to the attention of the Reception, where it will be dealt with as sympathetically and helpfully as possible. Please note that in order for us to investigate and implement corrective action wherever necessary, Cheverton Copse HOliday Park cannot entertain complaints made after a guest has left the Park.
All of our staff are trained to be courteous and polite to guests, and we expect our guests to extend the same courtesy to our staff. Any person who is rude to our staff will be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be given.
